        We offer a wide range of sizes, from toddlers (1 year old) to adults (up to 8XL), so guests of all ages and sizes can wear our outfits comfortably.

        ARE THE OUTFITS CLEANED AFTER USE?

        Yes! Every outfit is washed after each session to keep it fresh and ready for your photoshoot.

        CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC MAKEUP STYLE?

        Yes! Our makeup artists will design your look to complement your facial features. If you have a particular preference or reference photos, feel free to share them with us in advance.

        WHAT IF I’M UNSURE HOW TO POSE FOR PHOTOS?

        Don’t worry! Our photographers will guide you step by step, making sure you feel comfortable and look natural—even if it’s your first photoshoot.

        WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY SESSION?

        Rain won’t stop your experience! We can easily move the session to our indoor studio, so your photoshoot goes smoothly no matter the weather.

         

        HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

        You’ll receive the original shots within 24 hours to choose your favorites. Once you’ve chosen your favorite shots, the professionally retouched photos will be ready and delivered within 7 days.

        IS THERE A LANGUAGE BARRIER IF I DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH?

        No worries! We speak Mandarin, English, and Malay.
